​SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES
All Orders are processed same day if ordered by 2pm on business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping times above are taken directly from Australia Post. G-Loc Brakes ships to addresses within Australia.If shipment confirmation & order tracking is available a tracking number will be emailed to you after your item has been shipped.

DELAYS

We are not responsible for any delivery delays that can occasionally occur through Australia Post. We rely on their expected shipping times. As we are not in a Capital City, delays are more likely to occur. Hopefully this does not happen, but please contact us if there is any problems with your shipping and we will endevour to find a solution with Australia Post. 

DAMAGES
Herring Racing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. On checkout there is an option to add insurance to your shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
